Skerries Restaurant

 

Food is at the very heart of Dunstane Hotels. 

We take our lead from our own Orcadian background to bring a taste of Orkney to Edinburgh. Our Head Chef sources the best of Orkney's seafood, fish and meat to complement the freshest Scottish produce.

You can choose to sample the fruits of his labours in the elegant surroundings of Skerries Restaurant or over a more informal meal and a dram in our Stane Bar.

 

Stane Bar

 

Stane Bar brings the spirit of Orkney to the centre of Edinburgh. Stone and wood combine to set the scene, with antique photographs of Orcadian life completing the picture. Scotland is the place to discover malt whiskies and with over ninety on offer, some from Orkney itself, The Stane Bar is the place to get to know them better. Our staff are trained Whisky ambassadors with the knowledge to guide you to a malt that best suits your palate. Ideal as a warming dram before the match at Murrayfield or a wee nightcap before bed.
